Job summary

Frequentis is seeking a Solution Consultant & Domain Sales Manager for Mission-Critical Services to guide customers through transformation journeys and shape strategic solutions across Europe, with potential global expansion.

You will lead technical workstreams, deliver demos, and collaborate with product teams, regional sales managers, and experts to win strategic deals in the MissionX portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or solution consulting in telecom/IT.
• Experience in mission-critical communications or broadband networks is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting during pre-sales, bids, and RFI/RFQ phases.
• Develop solution concepts and technical proposals communicating MCX and broadband tech clearly.
• Deliver product demos, presentations, and workshops as MissionX expert.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities with regional sales managers.
• Lead pursuit, coordinating project teams across engineering, product and commercial units.
• Create competitive, customer-aligned proposals and foster long-term relationships.
• Design end-to-end solutions including specs, cost, and risk assessment in bids.
