Qualifikationen

• Several years in a technical project environment (Lead/Senior Systems Engineer, Systems Architect, Technical Project Manager or Technical Solutions Manager).
• In-depth networking, VoIP, virtualization (VMware, OpenShift, container solutions) and Windows-based enterprise environments.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for making technical decisions and taking responsibility.
• Very good command of German and English.
• Willingness to travel ~10–20% for international projects; option to work within the DACH region.

Aufgaben

• Develop technical solution architectures for safety-critical communication systems.
• Analyze complex customer requirements and translate into actionable technical concepts.
• Assess technical risks and ensure security, safety and quality requirements are met.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary engineering teams and set the technical direction.
• Act as sparring partner for clients, project management, product management and development.
• Be the technical point of contact and maintain technical integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support international projects deployed by demanding organisations worldwide.
