Cloudbeds is seeking a Mid Market Onboarding Coach to guide mid-market properties through onboarding, training, adoption and launch of the Cloudbeds platform. You will leverage hospitality experience to design processes, reduce friction, and drive value from day one.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hospitality operations experience, preferably in leadership or senior roles.
• 2+ years of SaaS onboarding, implementation or customer-facing software experience preferred.

• Act as trusted advisor on operational workflows, change management and platform adoption.
