Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Infrastructure and DevOps to lead global DevOps and Infrastructure teams. You will own the strategy and execution for scalable, secure infrastructure across staging and production, driving reliability and rapid delivery through advanced CI/CD and IaC practices.

You will mentor engineers, establish standards, hire across regions, and partner with adjacent teams to align on operational metrics and security practices in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years leading engineering or infrastructure teams in a fast-growing multinational tech org.
• Minimum 5 years in DevOps/SRE, supporting high-RPS distributed products.
• Hands-on DevOps expertise with CI/CD, IaC, and modern deployment strategies.
