Job summary

reebuild is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth from Vienna, with hybrid options and minimum remote work of three days per week. You will be the first voice prospects hear, contact potential customers by phone, LinkedIn and email, schedule product demos, nurture relationships, and keep CRM data up to date while expanding into Polish- and English-speaking markets.

Qualifications

• You are communicative, solution-oriented, structured, and keep a clear head even in high-pressure situations.
• You genuinely love the hustle of sales and cold outreach.
• You have initial experience in cold outreach, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• A background in the construction or real estate industry is a plus (desirable, but not mandatory).
• You are driven and a fast learner.
• You possess native or fluent business-level proficiency in Polish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Proactive Outreach: You contact potential customers via phone, LinkedIn and email, analyze their requirements, and communicate the value reebuild brings to their business.
• Scheduling Product Demos: You smoothly coordinate initial appointments and presentations with all stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for the prospect.
• Relationship Building: You stay in touch, nurture relationships, and ensure prospects always receive the latest information about reebuild.
• Database & CRM Management: You keep our customer data up to date and ensure a seamless flow of information across sales and other departments.
