Jobgether SRL is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Open Source Sales Team to lead a regional remote sales group, coaching five to ten reps, and expanding strategic accounts across open source technologies.

You will drive territory plans, identify new-logo opportunities, and work with enterprise stakeholders to close contracts while collaborating with customer success for expansion opportunities. Remote role with travel to events and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading enterprise technology sales teams.
• Proven track record in open source technology sales.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a regional enterprise sales team of five to ten representatives, providing coaching and support to achieve objectives.
• Build and execute territory plans prioritizing strategic accounts and opportunities.
• Allocate territories across the team and ensure high-quality plans for customers and prospects.
• Identify and prioritize new-logo opportunities through ABM, outbound prospecting, events.
• Monitor pipeline and activity to hit quarterly and annual bookings targets.
• Support reps in developing relationships and closing contracts with enterprise buyers.
• Partner with customer success to identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting in Salesforce.
• Represent the company’s solutions to customers, partners and industry audiences.
• Maintain focus on customer needs and long-term territory growth.
