Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to design, implement, and scale a RevOps function from the ground up. Ideally based in Switzerland, you will own data foundations, forecasting, territory planning, and GTM performance with close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success leaders.

The role combines hands-on analytics with strategic architecture, delivering measurable improvements and scalable systems to support international growth and revenue acceleration.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8+ years in Revenue Operations or building RevOps from scratch.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to derive insights from data.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with flows and integrations.

Aufgaben

• Build foundational RevOps infrastructure with dashboards and data standards.
• Own tools and integrations across Salesforce, Gong, ChiliPiper.
• Establish data quality, governance, and reliable reporting frameworks.
• Conduct gap analyses and implement scalable improvements.
• Develop capacity models, attribution frameworks, and revenue tech mapping.
• Operationalize Customer Success processes including health, churn, renewal workflows.
• Define engagement rules between Sales and Customer Success for GTM motions.
• Create scalable enablement and training programs.
• Develop executive reporting on pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
• Support forecasting processes with ±10% accuracy targets.
• Lead pricing/packaging analysis and mid-funnel reviews.
