Qualifikationen

• Experience in alliance management, indirect sales, or business development leadership.
• Proven ability to manage strategic relationships with senior executives.
• Experience with contract negotiations and commercial terms.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, virtualization, containers, and cloud technologies.
• Experience leading sales or BD teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain strategic IHV partner relationships at executive, technical, and commercial levels.
• Lead a team of Business Development Managers to grow IHV opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for joint solutions and partner initiatives.
• Represent partner voice in internal discussions; ensure alignment of objectives.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams on joint initiatives.
• Lead executive interlocks with partner organizations.
• Capture partner/customer requirements and translate into opportunities.
• Deliver customer workshops and participate in industry events.
• Travel regularly to strengthen relationships.
