Qualifikationen

• Experience leading or supporting remote teams is preferred.

• Quality monitoring of German content and trainer/QA output against guidelines.
• Provide precise written feedback and update guidelines for trainers.
• Assist onboarding and maintain German project documentation.
• Coordinate remote teams via Discord and project trackers.
• Identify recurring quality gaps and suggest scalable QA improvements.
• Respond to questions about German wording, tone, and localization.
• Manage activation of inactive contributors and track availability.
