RHONDOS Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing EMEA pre-sales team. You will drive technical discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and support the full sales cycle with SAP and security expertise.

This is an individual contributor role requiring SAP depth from day one. We offer a fully remote-first environment with flexible work arrangements, base salary, and uncapped variable pay.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of hands-on SAP experience in a consultant, Basis, security, or technical role.
• Solid SAP functional or technical knowledge gained from direct SAP customer interactions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Strong interest in moving into a customer-facing, commercial role and learning the sales side.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery sessions on SAP landscapes, security posture, and compliance.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of PowerConnect and RHONDOS platform to technical and executive audiences.
• Develop and present PoCs, architecture proposals, and technical responses to RFPs.
• Partner with account executives as the primary technical voice throughout the sales cycle.
• Translate customer requirements into RHONDOS-based solution designs.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer IT, security, and SAP Basis teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services for smooth post-close handoffs.
• Contribute to SE playbooks, demos, and assets with the presales team.
• Provide market and competitive feedback to Product and Engineering.
