Zusammenfassung

Arineo Group is seeking an experienced project leader to drive ERP implementations with agile methods in Austria. You will serve as the main contact for clients and project teams, building long-term relationships with national and international customers while coordinating stakeholders at all levels across multiple project phases.

The role emphasizes risk and change management, budget tracking, and ongoing promotion of AI in project delivery. Travel for projects is expected as needed.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager in ERP implementations or complex software projects.
• Proven experience leading multi-year projects and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of an agile project methodology and strong communication skills.
• Solution- and service-oriented approach with ability to navigate political project situations.

Aufgaben

• Leading, planning and managing ERP projects using agile methodologies.
• Acting as the first point of contact for our clients and for internal and external team members.
• Building trusting, long-term relationships with our national and international clients.
• Coordinating various stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Structuring projects in line with the requirements of each client’s situation across phases.
• Co-ordinating and facilitating meetings/workshops on-site and online.
• Risk and conflict management and change management.
• Budget and progress monitoring.
• Implementation and active promotion of AI in project management and delivery.
