You will prepare training materials, labs and courses, handle orders and invoices, plan events and support marketing campaigns. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and good English are essential.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with vendors and manage vendor tools.
• Provide training materials and labs.
• Create training cards, workshops, tests, kits, etc.
• Issue purchase orders and manage training materials storage.
• Process internal orders within ALEF Group.
• Plan and prepare individual courses and workshops (invitations, bookings, etc.).
• Notify participants about date changes (phone, email).
• Coordinate with EC on training dates and custom training.
• Assist reception with training center administration and certificates.
• Marketing support - inputs for newsletters, LinkedIn posts, digital campaigns, TRN website updates.
• Sales support for the team - assist with offers and client communications.
• Cooperation and administrative support in ALEF Group.
• Maintain the TRN guide.
