EXANTE Limited is seeking a Builder (End-to-End Owner) who will actively contribute, reporting to the Head of Strategy and Execution. This hands-on role requires turning vague problems into validated specs and delivering working software with AI coding tools.

You will own end-to-end delivery, build internal tools on the CC platform, and drive outcomes with data. A flexible, hybrid work setup and global exposure await in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end software with AI coding tools.
• Strong product ownership and decision-making.
• Full-stack capabilities across frontend and backend.
• Analytical mindset with live data and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Own problems end-to-end: discover needs, write specs, build, test, deploy, and operate in production.
• Build internal tools/apps on the CC platform to automate manual work and improve onboarding outcomes.
• Define requirements and make product decisions: validate with users before building and turn vague asks into concrete specs.
• Drive delivery with metrics, provide quantified status, and analyze data/outcomes to decide next steps.
• Operate with production discipline: staged rollouts, tests, rollback plans, and documentation so others can run what you built.
