Camunda is seeking a Senior Product Builder to shape the future of the Connectors Experience. You will blend product thinking, user empathy, UX judgment, and hands-on delivery in an AI-first environment.

Initial focus on web models in Hub and Canvas, with opportunities to contribute across the stack to speed end-to-end delivery. You will independently ship complex products, work across product thinking and delivery, and thrive in a remote-first pod setting while embracing ambiguity and fast

• Hands-on experience building and shipping complex software products.
• Strong AI-native delivery habits: run AI-assisted workflows for complex features.
• Ability to articulate and shape user experience across a full feature surface area.
• Strong product and customer judgment: turn vague direction into a clear plan.
• Sound architectural judgement: evaluate maintainability, test coverage, and fit beyond frontend scope.

Aufgaben

• Discover and clarify meaningful user problems in the Connectors Experience with customers and engineers.
• Define success criteria and scope for features before build starts.
• Shape product direction through practical judgment and fast iteration.
• Prototype, build, ship, and iterate on product improvements end-to-end.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafts, implementation steps, and learning with quality in mind.
• Review AI-generated and peer output for maintainability and UX quality, sharing reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with other builders and strategy counterparts to turn ideas into shipped outcomes.
• Improve speed, quality, and effectiveness of the pod's end-to-end delivery.
• Participate in on-call rotation and 3rd level escalation support to ensure system objectives are met.
