Zusammenfassung

Camunda seeks a Senior Product Builder to shape the Connectors Experience, combining product thinking, user empathy, UX judgment, and hands-on execution. This high-ownership role works with customers and forward-deployed engineers in an AI-first environment, initially focusing on Hub and Canvas web modeler experiences and extending across the stack over time.

You will partner with customers and engineers to define success criteria, ship complex features end-to-end, and apply AI-driven approaches

Qualifikationen

• Experience independently shipping complex products in a software environment.
• Ability to work fluidly across product thinking, user experience, and hands-on delivery.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning open-ended problems into practical next steps.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first, pod-based environment.
• Curiosity about users, fast learning loops, and a bias toward improving the product through iteration.
• Hands-on experience independently building and shipping complex products.
• Strong AI-native delivery habits: run AI-assisted workflows and fix setup when needed.
• Ability to describe and shape UX across a full feature surface.
• Strong product and customer judgment: turn vague direction into a clear product approach.
• Sound technical judgment on maintainability, test coverage, and architectural fit.

Aufgaben

• Discover and clarify meaningful user problems in the Connectors Experience by working with customers and engineers.
• Define success criteria and scope for features before build starts.
• Shape product direction with practical judgment and fast iteration.
• Prototype, build, ship, and iterate on Connectors Experience end‑to‑end.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafts, steps, and learning while maintaining quality.
• Review AI-generated output for maintainability and UX quality.
• Collaborate with peers to turn ideas into shipped outcomes.
• Improve speed and quality of how the pod delivers product end-to-end.
