Zusammenfassung

Digicust Flexco is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to optimize internal CRM/ERP and automate workflows. You will work closely with management and marketing to identify bottlenecks and build pragmatic automations.

Responsibilities include creating internal tools with React/Node.js, developing LLM-based workflows via OpenAI/Anthropic, and ensuring data flows are reliable. Remote work with a Vienna connection, plus a dynamic AI-driven team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with React and Node.js.
• Experience with LLM APIs.
• Productive use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code.
• Very fast comprehension and strong problem-solving skills.
• Independent and structured working style.
• German language skills at C1 level or higher.
• Interest in process automation, internal tools, and operational efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and automate internal processes across CRM, ERP, marketing, and management
• Build small to medium-sized internal tools using JS/TS, React, and Node.js
• Develop LLM-based workflows using APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers
• Work productively with tools such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code
• Connect, transform, and make data usable across internal systems
• Collaborate closely with management and marketing to identify operational leverage
• Take ownership of projects from problem understanding to production-ready implementation
