Job summary

Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, seeks an Advanced Workflow Specialist in Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation for the EMEA region. You will deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support, run workshops and trainings, and contribute to reference workflows while documenting activities in SFDC.

Travel up to 40-50% across EMEA is required. The role requires an MSc or PhD in Life Sciences or related field, hands-on EM sample prep experience, and fluency in English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Hands-on electron microscopy sample preparation experience (cryo-EM, CLEM, ultramicrotomy, coating).
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region; English proficiency required; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support, including on-site and virtual demonstrations.
• Lead customer workshops, seminars, and advanced application sessions focused on EM sample prep workflows.
• Contribute to scientific content and reference workflows; document activities in CRM systems (SFDC).
