Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience managing operations for a DTC or eCommerce brand.
• Proven experience creating, implementing, and improving SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
• Strong hands-on experience managing eCommerce operations.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and process management skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve day-to-day business operations across the organization.
• Design, document, and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational systems.
• Create and maintain clear processes and documentation using Notion.
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, 3PL, fulfillment, and customer service operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, priorities, and dependencies for timely execution.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and operational setup of new employees.
• Ensure teams have the systems, tools, permissions, and access needed.
• Prepare operational reports for executive stakeholders.
• Establish ownership and accountability across departments.
• Improve communication and coordination between teams as the business scales.
