Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse and distribution management, FMCG preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, WMS and TMS systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

• Formulate and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a warehouse and distribution team for accurate, timely operations.
• Oversee end-to-end activities from receiving to delivery.
• Develop procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Support budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate team performance.
• Design shift schedules to match operations and peak periods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counting.
• Collaborate with IT to upgrade systems and ensure smooth product flow.
