Uproot Clean is seeking a Creative Strategist to own paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin. You will lead a team of 5 creatives and work with media buying to scale performance, turning insights into scalable ads.

The role emphasizes direct-response copywriting, rapid briefs, and data-driven decision making, with remote work across US/Canada/Europe. You will drive testing, framing hypotheses, and optimizing creative velocity to impact revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Direct response copywriting expertise with ability to write, edit and diagnose what works.
• Proven track record creating performance-driven paid social creative at scale.
• Deep expertise with Meta ads, TikTok ads, and creative testing methodologies.
• DTC/ecommerce background; experience scaling consumer products through direct-response creative.
• Extremely high output with consistent daily execution.
• Management experience directing editors and designers, not just making ads yourself.
• Analytical and creative thinking to balance data with storytelling.

Aufgaben

• Own paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin.
• Define angles, hooks, formats, and testing priorities by channel.
• Work with Content team to ensure the asset pipeline is correct.
• Translate performance data into clear, creative direction.
• Continuously evolve strategy based on results, not opinions.
• Write briefs for video editors (4/day) and for the graphic designer (3/day).
• Provide same-day feedback on all creative output.
• Enforce naming conventions and create repeatable processes.
• Manage and direct a team of 5 creatives (4 editors, 1 designer).
• Review performance daily with media buyers and pull insights.
