Job summary

Finch is seeking a Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) to own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, defining strategy, guiding success plans tied to KPIs, and driving growth opportunities across paid media and SEO accounts.

You will lead cross-functional specialists (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, DSP, Creative, Analytics) toward clear priorities and outcomes while ensuring retention and risk management. Remote role with US business hours overlap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager in performance/digital marketing.
• Acted as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals: paid advertising, attribution, KPIs, optimization logic.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and success planning: define goals, KPIs, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps with each client.
• Lead client relationship and communication: run recurring meetings, manage stakeholders, document next steps.
• Drive account performance management: interpret results against business metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC vs. LTV, organic growth).
• Identify and scope account growth opportunities: expansions, tests, and new initiatives tied to performance signals and client objectives.
• Manage account health, retention, renewal, and risk: flag risks early, create mitigation plans, and ensure value delivery across a multi-client portfolio.
