Uproot Clean is seeking a Paid Media Buyer to own execution across Meta, Google, AppLovin, NewsBreak, Pinterest, and native platforms in a fully remote role. You will structure campaigns, read data, identify leaks, and pull the right levers to scale while collaborating with creative teams to improve ad performance.

The ideal candidate has scaled DTC/ecommerce brands with direct-response focus, managing high spend and driving profitable growth through data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years buying paid media at meaningful scale (750K–1M+ monthly)
• Meta-first paid acquisition expertise: deep Meta Ads with strong Google Ads experience
• Experience scaling DTC/ecommerce brands through paid acquisition
• Experience operating in direct-response environments where spend efficiency drives growth
• Strong analytical chops: proficient in Sheets/Excel, Looker Studio or equivalent, and translating ad metrics into business impact
• Comfort with attribution chaos: reconciling data across platforms and explaining to stakeholders
• Solid testing discipline: designing clean tests, declaring winners, and scaling confidently
• Excellent written communication for updates and performance briefs

• Run weekly account optimizations across platforms you own, adjusting budgets by KPI windows
• Maintain a weekly creative testing cadence and evaluate tests against predefined thresholds
• Perform pacing checks daily/weekly/monthly and optimize spend distribution before gaps widen
• Lead routine reporting for accounts, sharing performance insights and recommended actions
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin, NewsBreak, Pinterest and native ads
• Audit accounts to identify bottlenecks and maximize ROI across channels
