• Hands-on Zendesk administration in production
• Experience with CX platforms and automation
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and integrations
• Strong documentation habits
• Proactive approach to solving operational problems
• Clear written and spoken English communication

Aufgaben

• Administer Zendesk, Vitally, and CX platforms; manage configuration and health
• Own intake and delivery of platform requests from support teams
• Design triggers, automations, workflows, and data flows to reduce manual work
• Build integrations across the CX stack using APIs and webhooks
• Identify automation opportunities from data and feedback
• Support AI-enabled CX workflows including routing and intake automation
• Document configurations, ownership, and intent; communicate changes
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams on complex challenges
