Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Customer Success Engineer who combines technical depth with a customer-first mindset to guide our cloud security adoption. You’ll partner with Security Architects, Engineers, and DevOps to accelerate value and ROI in mid-to-large enterprises.

From day one you’ll drive customer outcomes, operationalize integrations, and act as a trusted advisor to influence product roadmaps while delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced, remote, global team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in pre- or post-sales, support, customer success, or consulting roles.
• Experience supporting endpoint software products.
• Experience with cloud native security products or similar.
• Scripting experience: Python, JSON, YAML, Bash.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and multiple Cloud Providers (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to work across mixed environments and protocols.
• Consulting and project management skills with a client-facing focus.
• Knowledge of public cloud IaaS features and security solutions.
• Understanding of SIEM, vulnerability management, and firewalls.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers during cloud security adoption.
• Collaborate with Security Architects, Security Engineers, InfoSec, and DevOps teams to implement security solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction, value, retention, and expansion of footprint.
• Support rapid implementations and integration into customers’ security operations.
• Influence product roadmap and improvements through customer advocacy.
• Provide after-hours support as needed in a dynamic environment.
• Develop understanding of customer challenges and map features to business benefits.
