MoLo, an early-stage AI and data startup based in Vienna, Austria, is hiring a sales-minded individual to grow Meridian's customer base across Europe. You will work directly with the founders, taking deals from first conversation to signed agreements.

You’ll shape the sales approach, define ideal customers, test outreach channels, set up a CRM pipeline, and collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure a winning handover and real business impact.

• Find and qualify new customers, building relationships with business and technical decision-makers.
• Lead discovery conversations and platform demos around real business use cases.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and own the sales pipeline through closing, with founder support.
• Build and refine our outreach, CRM stages, follow-up routines, and sales playbook.
• Work with our technical team on solution fit, implementation scope, and a clear handover.
