Oper is a European Fintech redefining mortgage origination with Herman, an AI agent running on EU infrastructure. The AI-Native Implementation Manager role sits at the center of delivering Herman to large financial institutions and building Oper's services organization from day one.

You will work hands-on with customers, bridge bank requirements and product decisions, coordinate distributed teams, and translate complex architecture into practical steps while remaining close to the customer.

• Run Herman and platform implementations from kick-off to go-live.
• Build relationships with product, risk, IT, and business units.
• Coordinate distributed teams across engineering, QA, and product.
• Translate architectural and compliance decisions into client-facing terms.
• Drive change inside the institution, not just feature delivery.
• Feed the roadmap with field experience to inform product strategy.
• Use AI to shape your work; build tools and reusable blocks.
• Help build Oper's professional services organization with leadership.
