Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in AI solution roles in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with AI solutions and model configuration, data interactions, and collaborating with development teams.
• Understanding of core banking processes (accounts, loans, deposits, payments).
• Fluent in English; German a plus; solid communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Identify opportunities for AI-based innovation in (core) banking processes across accounts, deposits, loans and payments.
• Gather, structure, and prioritize business and technical requirements for AI use cases.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and solution concepts with AI specialists and banking teams.
• Create demos and prototypes and advance them into standard enhancements with measurable business impact.
• Lead workshops and collaborative sessions bridging business expectations and technical execution.
• Act as a communicator between business and technical experts.
