KIRA is building an AI-native Neobank Superapp for Southeast Asia across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth and trading. The Technical Product Lead owns a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery and launch.

We are AI-native by default; AI is a means, not the goal. The role focuses on where AI truly improves outcomes, keeping deterministic systems under control, and building reliable, auditable products that users can trust.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience owning complex technical products.
• Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to review technical designs.
• Experience in payments, remittance, banking or regulated domains.
• Ability to balance trade-offs under regulatory and operational constraints.
• Experience building with AI/LLMs, evaluating reliability and safety.

Aufgaben

• Own a product vertical end-to-end from strategy to delivery.
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, and security.
• Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and user experience.
• Build regulatory requirements into the product (KYC, monitoring, licensing).
• Apply AI where it improves outcomes with safeguards and oversight.
• Coordinate with external dependencies and partners for launches.
• Align cross-functional teams around launch requirements.
