Zusammenfassung

Infra One is hiring to run the operational engine for venture funds, owning outcomes across onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, and reporting. You will work directly with GPs within a fully remote setup, reading LPAs, subscription agreements, CLAs, side letters, SAFEs, and convertible notes to move deals quickly and accurately.

You will act as the client-facing operator who unblocks processes, communicates clearly, and ensures compliance while collaborating with an engineering

Qualifikationen

• Law degree or equivalent training; able to read LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, SAFEs, convertibles, term sheets.
• Fluent in English; German a plus; EU/US fund structure familiarity is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and close fund actions, from KYC to capital calls, deal execution, and reporting.
• Interpret key legal documents to unblock transactions and maintain client relationships.
• Provide end-to-end support for LPs, GPs, and fund administrators with speed and precision.
• Maintain live status views, flag blockers, and communicate status to the GP and team.
• Contribute feedback to the platform to improve workflows and reduce friction.
