Job summary

Women's Best in Thaur, Tirol, is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Executive to join our global e-commerce team. You will be the central contact for customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure high satisfaction across our B2C channels in a modern helpdesk.

Proven Shopify experience, strong English, and a process-minded approach are essential. The role offers flexible hours, on-site work in Tyrol, and opportunities to contribute to improving logistics and customer care.

Qualifications

• Proven professional background in Customer Service / Customer Experience, specifically within a dedicated helpdesk environment.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end B2C e-commerce processes (online retail, sales workflows, post-purchase operations).
• Hands-on Shopify experience for order management and updates.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German or other languages are a strong plus.
• Reliable, organized and detail-oriented with ability to handle high-volume inquiries calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, timely support via email and ticket systems to resolve customer complaints, questions, and feedback.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in Shopify, ensuring proper documentation and clear communication.
• Apply structured, process-oriented thinking to identify bottlenecks in online retail operations and work with Logistics/IT.
• Collaborate with carrier and returns partners to ensure efficient processing and resolve logistics issues.
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Your Mission

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be a central point of contact for our global community, delivering top-tier, solution-oriented support within a modern helpdesk environment. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure a high level of satisfaction across our B2C e-commerce channels. Beyond resolving daily tickets, your strong process-oriented mindset will help streamline our e-commerce workflows, logistics coordination, and customer care procedures .

What You'll Be Doing

• Helpdesk Customer Experience: Provide high-quality, timely support via email and ticket systems to resolve customer complaints, questions, and feedback
• Order & E-Commerce Management: Process orders, returns, and exchanges in Shopify, ensuring proper documentation and clear communication
• Process Optimization: Apply structured, process-oriented thinking to identify bottlenecks in online retail operations and work closely with internal teams (Logistics, IT)
• Supplier & Carrier Collaboration: Work closely with carrier and returns partners to ensure efficient processing of shipments and resolve logistics issues or bank claims
• Feedback & Insights: Collect customer feedback and report insights to continuously enhance the overall customer experience

Who You Are

• Helpdesk & CX Experience: Proven professional background in Customer Service / Customer Experience, specifically within a dedicated helpdesk environment
• E-Commerce & Process Understanding: Solid knowledge of end-to-end B2C e-commerce processes (online retail, sales workflows, post-purchase operations) paired with high process-oriented thinking
• Shopify Expertise: Required hands-on experience working with Shopify
• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory Knowledge of German or any additional languages is a strong plus
• Mindset: Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume customer interactions with a calm and professional attitude

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with helpdesk and customer support tools such as Gorgias, Magento, Intercom, FrontApp, or Live Chat software
• Familiarity with carrier services, returns management, or payment providers
• Interest or background in the sports nutrition or apparel industry
