Job summary

Ketryx is seeking a Technical Delivery and Success Associate in Vienna, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will guide customers from onboarding through ongoing use of the platform, configure workflows, and apply structured problem solving to regulated development processes.

The role provides exposure to verification & validation, quality systems, and cross‑functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have an engineering background, strong analytical and communication skills, and an interest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• Exposure to requirements, verification & validation, and the V-model.
• Interest in regulated environments, medical devices, or pharma.
• Strong technical communication and analytical problem-solving.
• Collaborative mindset across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Success: onboarding and ongoing use of the Ketryx platform with best practices for requirements, verification, and quality workflows.
• Configure and support the platform: align with customer development processes, including requirements traceability and validation artifacts.
• Apply engineering & quality thinking: reason through evidence, verification activities, and structured development processes.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve: investigate issues and drive to resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: share insights with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Support quality & compliance: contribute to QMS documentation and process discipline.
• Grow technical skill set: learn regulated software development concepts such as V&V and the V-model.
