• Recruiting responsibility for technical, industrial and commercial positions with a focus on subcontractors
• Creation of requirement profiles in coordination with the responsible departments
• Design and placement of adverts on corresponding platforms
• Active candidate approach via networks such as karriere.at, eAMS, LinkedIn (active sourcing)
• Telephone interviews and preliminary clarification of framework conditions
• Holistic applicant management - from initial contact to final recommendation
• Participation in career fairs and talent acquisition events
• Collaboration on recruiting projects to optimise and digitalise processes
• Development of applicant pool
