With a cool head and professionalism, they handle day-to-day reception duties, and even complaints don’t rattle them. They also lend a hand to the small, close-knit HENRI team when needed – helping out at breakfast in the mornings or with afternoon snacks. And on top of that, there’s always time for a lively natter with the guests – just like with friends at home!
