Job summary

Novritsch Trading, headquartered in Vienna, seeks a Purchasing Assistant to support Strategic Purchasing in daily operations, organize shipments, and maintain supplier data. You will contact suppliers and logistics, monitor product availability, and contribute to efficient purchasing processes.

Ideal candidates have commercial education, fluent English, and initial purchasing or logistics experience, with strong communication and MS Excel skills. Flexible hours and employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial education (kaufme4nnische Ausbildung) or equivalent.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).
• First working experience in purchasing or logistics.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Problem-solving ability and structured working.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

As a Operational Purchasing Assistant, you will support the Strategic Purchasing in operational tasks, organization of shipments, and maintain our internal product and supplier data.

• Contacting suppliers and logistics companies regarding deliveries

• The minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position is € 2,362, in line with the collective agreement. We are happy to offer more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
