Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed commercial education (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or similar.
• Fluent English (C1) required.
• First work experience in purchasing or logistics is beneficial.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and structured working approach.
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Processing of orders and organization of shipments.
• Supporting Strategic Purchasing in all operational matters.
• Contacting suppliers and logistics companies regarding deliveries.
• Monitoring product availability.
