Novritsch Trading GmbH, Vienna-based, is seeking a motivated Purchasing Assistant to join our global team. You will support operational purchasing, coordinate orders and shipments, and maintain supplier data while collaborating with a focused team in an international environment.

The role requires a completed commercial education, English proficiency at C1, and prior purchasing or logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

To further support our team, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Purchasing Assistant as soon as possible.

As a Operational Purchasing Assistant, you will support the Strategic Purchasing in operational tasks, organization of shipments, and maintain our internal product and supplier data.

• Processing of orders and organization of shipments

• Supporting Strategic Purchasing in all operational matters

• Contacting suppliers and logistics companies regarding deliveries

• Monitoring product availability

• The minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position is € 2,362, in line with the collective agreement. We are happy to offer more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
