Zusammenfassung

Plug and Play Linz is seeking a Program Associate - Manager to help launch the Physical & Industrial AI program. You will manage startup relationships, organize events, support business development with corporate accounts, and create marketing collateral as part of a small, hands-on team.

Join us in Linz, relocate if needed, and shape a new office from the ground up while collaborating with the Vienna office and the EMEA program team on open innovation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, project management, business, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, process and project management skills.
• Ability to work across functions on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly motivated with strong people skills and a positive mindset.
• Structured, proactive, and independent approach to work.
• Strong in-person and virtual event organization and management.

Aufgaben

• Own relationships with startups in the Linz program.
• Conduct intake and exit interviews and track program goals.
• Grow ecosystem of mentors, partners, and VCs.
• Set up sessions with mentors, VCs, and corporate partners.
• Collect and apply feedback; develop evaluation methods.
• Wrap up program with reports for batch and startups.
• Support team with questions from partners and startups.
• Build long-standing stakeholder relationships in Linz ecosystem.
• Plan and run events, mentorship sessions, workshops, and office hours.
• Coordinate travel, name tags, registrations, and event materials.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and programs.
