Zusammenfassung

Plug and Play Linz is seeking a Program Associate - Manager to lead the Physical & Industrial AI Program, build startup relationships, and coordinate events from the Linz launch. You will work with the Vienna office and EMEA program team, shaping outreach, marketing, and partner engagement as the Linz office takes shape.

You will report to the Director and join early in the Linz office build, driving community involvement with universities, incubators, and corporate partners across Upper Austria.

Qualifikationen

• Operational powerhouse with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating events and startup programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building in the Linz startup ecosystem.

Aufgaben

• Program & Startup Management: Own relationships with startups in the Linz program and track goals.
• Event Management: Set up sessions, book venues, coordinate travel, and manage on-site logistics.
• Marketing: Coordinate newsletters and marketing collateral for major events.
• Building the Linz Office: Help position the office locally and engage universities, incubators, and partners.
