Zusammenfassung

Plug and Play Linz is establishing its Physical & Industrial AI Center of Excellence to accelerate innovation in manufacturing, logistics, and related sectors. You will run the annual program, manage startup relationships, and support business development with corporate partners while coordinating events and marketing efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating events, workshops and sessions with stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships with startups, mentors, VCs and corporate partners.

Aufgaben

• Own relationships with startups in the Linz program.
• Hold intake and exit interviews and track program goals.
• Grow ecosystem of mentors, partners, and VCs to add value.
• Set up startup meetings with mentors, VCs and corporate partners.
• Collect feedback and develop evaluation methods for program strengths.
• Wrap up the program with reports for batches and startups.
• Support team with questions from partners and startups.
• Build long-standing relationships with key stakeholders in Linz startup ecosystem.
• Plan and organize events, sessions, and office hours for the program.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, speaker briefings, and promotional materials.
• Create and distribute newsletters and updates with the marketing team.
• Engage the local ecosystem, universities, incubators, and investors.
• Join early in Linz and help position the office, building community relationships.
