Zusammenfassung

Plug and Play Linz is building a new office to drive partner success and corporate open innovation across Advanced Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics. The role focuses on managing strategic relationships with corporate partners, driving innovation projects with startups, and shaping the Linz office while working closely with the Vienna team.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in innovation management or related roles, are strong organizers, and proficient in German and English; willingness

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, or Entrepreneurship.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
German native or C1 level with excellent English skills.

Aufgaben

Build trusted relationships with partner organizations to drive adoption of innovation, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.
Devise engagement plans aligned with partner goals and map products to achieve these goals.
Identify business development, licensing, and investment opportunities within the Plug and Play ecosystem.
Prepare partnership reports and host regular sync calls with partners.
Collaborate with Vienna office and EMEA partner success teams to build Linz office capabilities.
