Prewave GmbH in Vienna is seeking a Product Manager to own the onboarding process end-to-end, guiding new customers from signup to full adoption.

You will coordinate Customer Success Operations, Sales, Data Management and Engineering, manage dependencies across teams, and operate within the Shape Up cycle. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and curiosity about AI tools in analytical workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in internal tooling or process-driven products.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mentality with end-to-end ownership and low formal authority.
• Understanding of dependency management in multi-team processes.
• Curiosity about using AI tools to support analytical workflows.

Aufgaben

• Take end-to-end ownership of onboarding, from signup to full product adoption.
• Bridge Customer Success Operations, Sales, Data Management and Engineering.
• Manage dependencies across engineering domains to unblock onboarding workstreams.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and onboarding within Prewave's ecosystem.
• Prioritize process improvements and collaborate with engineering on friction removal.
• Operate within the Shape Up cycle (6 weeks building, 2 weeks planning).
• Collaborate with design and stakeholders to refine onboarding workflows.
