Zusammenfassung

ams OSRAM AG's Light Sensors & Photonics unit seeks a Process Integration Representative to advance CMOS/TSV wafer-level processes. You will supervise manufacturing, ensure process deliveries, and drive cross-functional improvements across R&D, QA, and Design.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in a related field, strong analytical skills, and experience with Six Sigma methodologies. Fluent English is essential, with German a strong advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in a comparable role is preferred; experience in customer communication regarding technical issues and 8D problem-solving processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of Six Sigma or other structured problem-solving methodologies is considered a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Aufgaben

• Process integration representative for CMOS or TSV process on wafer level.
• Supervise & monitor manufacturing of the process technology in close teamwork with single process engineering, process R&D, QA, etc.
• Maintain process deliveries (e.g. FMEA, PCP, etc.) & lead cross-functional discussions.
• Optimize processes and solve process problems in close teamwork with different departments (e.g. Test, Product Engineering, Design, QA).
• Evaluate and implement possible process simplifications / improvements to lower manufacturing costs & increase robustness.
• Transfer new technologies / process modules from process R&D into production.
• Take PI responsibility at customer audits and report requested data to key customers.
• Stabilize technologies by supervising lead products and improve product yield.

• Process integration representative for CMOS or TSV process on wafer level
