Job summary

ams OSRAM's LSP unit invites you to join a team developing new sensor concepts and integrating photodetectors in silicon processes. You will perform electro-optical measurements in the lab and interpret results to drive innovative photonics solutions in data centers, AR/VR, mobile and automotive applications.

We seek candidates with early-years experience in semiconductor industry, strong English, and a structured, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in Physics, microelectronics, or similar.
• First years of experience in semiconductor industry, preferably with knowledge in silicon process technology.
• Hands-on experience in process technology development is an advantage.
• Structured way of working, problem solving and documentation.
• Willingness and ability to work in a project team.
• Proficiency of English language.
