• Lead technology development and innovation projects for Infineon in Power MOSFETs with focus on cost optimization and small signal products.
• Drive innovation from device concept, process work-route creation and validation to mass production release.
• Own design of novel devices and process concepts, including cost estimations and decision matrices.
• Collaborate with diverse functions to plan, run and evaluate experiments in the clean room.
• Drive reliability investigations and electrical characterization to validate performance and robustness.
• Ensure process stability, quality and optimize cost of manufacturing route for mass production release.
• Lead technical teams with members across functions in a multi-site environment.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead technology development and innovation projects with decisive impact for Infineon in the field of Power MOSFETs with a focus on cost optimization and small signal products
• Drive innovation from the device concept definition, process work-route creation and validation till mass production release
• Take ownership of designing novel devices and process concepts, including cost estimations and decision matrices
• Collaborate with diverse functions to plan, run and evaluate experiments in the clean room
• Drive necessary reliability investigations and electrical characterization, application tests to validate the performance and the robustness of the product
• Ensure process stability, quality, and optimize cost of the manufacturing route for the mass-production release
• Lead technical teams with members in various functions in a multi-site environment profile

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A university degree (Master’s degree or PhD) in Physics, Electrical Engineering or Material Sciences
• 10+ years of experience in the field of semiconductor device & process integration covering device physics & electrical behavior, unit process modules, clean room, design of experiments, reliability test, electrical characterization, failure analysis and IP generation
• A proven track record in managing technology projects and/or Project Management Certification is a strong advantage
• Leadership skills and interpersonal skills (coaching, decision making, negotiation, conflict resolution), with a strategic, resilient, and innovative mindset
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication/presentation abilities
• The ability to communicate efficiently in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
