• Participation in and contribution to Design-FMEA and Test-FMEA activities throughout development projects
• Drivingyield improvement initiatives before and, where applicable, after productionramp-up
• Actingas the communication link between R&D and mass production during ramp-up phases
• Leadingfocus teams and task forces by taking ownership of critical quality events, managing corrective actions, and maintaining robust evidence to support fact-based decision-making

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Master’s degree (or comparable) in electrical engineering or a related field
• +10 yearsof relevant professional experience with strong expertise in optical andelectrical sensor interfaces, preferably within the medical technologysector
• Business-mindedapproach with afocus on cost efficiency, value creation, and sustainable resource utilization
• Experience in setting up laboratory equipment (Hardware and Software) for electrical failure analysis
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills in both German and English

The monthly salaryis paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on yourexpertise and skills.
