Zusammenfassung

Infineon Technologies AG in Austria is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer for Technology Development focused on low voltage Power MOSFETs in our R&D team. You will merge creativity with deep technical expertise to advance production-ready technologies and drive groundbreaking projects.

You will define process developments, collaborate with process development, metrology and back-end packaging, and step up to lead small projects. Fluent English is required; German skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or comparable.
• 5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Fluent English required; advanced German skills are desired.

Aufgaben

• Enable new low voltage Power MOSFET technologies to be ready for production with main focus on metallization and passivation integration and chip package interaction.
• Define and request single process developments and take care of the integration aspect in the process flow.
• Support and interface to process development, metrology and chip assembly at Back End sites.
• Support design changes over product lifetime and for new derivative product definitions.
• Opportunity to take over project management responsibilities for small projects which includes running individual work packages and giving guidance to team members for work package execution.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Enable new low voltage Power MOSFET technologies to be ready for production with main focus on metallization and passivation integration and chip package interaction

Your profile

• A university degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or comparable
• 5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor industry
• Sound knowledge in semiconductor process technology and materials, semiconductor physics and MOSFET electrical behavior as a must
• Experience with wafer thinning, packaging and separation as an advantage
• Fluent English skills required, advanced German skills are desired

Benefits & Compensation

• We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.

• The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
• We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
