Infineon Technologies is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer Research & Development to advance next-generation automotive power MOSFET technologies. You will shape process integration, define unit steps, and establish the Process of Record for Villach and Dresden fabs, while driving DOE-driven experiments and robust production.

You will translate statistical analyses into actionable insights, lead root-cause investigations, and mentor engineers to grow as technical experts in power semiconductors.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable.
• 5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Sound knowledge in semiconductor process technology and materials, semiconductor physics and MOSFET electrical behavior is required.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics.
• Experience in DOE and statistical analysis.
• A structured approach and demonstrated track of problem-solving.
• Fluent English; German (or motivation to learn) is an advantage.

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
