Zusammenfassung

n8n is seeking a pricing leader to own and evolve our pricing strategy for a global audience, spanning community, self-serve, and Enterprise segments. You will design and implement pricing models, frameworks, and tooling that drive ARR growth and adoption across Europe and beyond.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance and Data to shape packaging, plan design, and go-to-market motions, while ensuring pricing remains aligned with product costs and customer value.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy with a major pricing model transition.
• Designed and rolled out consumption-based, outcome-based, or AI-native pricing at a company past $100M ARR.
• Owned pricing on both self-serve/PLG and Enterprise/sales-led motions.
• Built financial models covering unit economics, cost-to-serve, gross margin, willingness-to-pay.

Aufgaben

• Build and own the model connecting unit economics, agent run cost, willingness-to-pay, gross margin, and customer value.
• Shape plan design and packaging across community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers.
• Lead cross-functional pricing decisions and rollout major pricing changes end-to-end.
• Create pricing frameworks and governance for discounts, guardrails, and usage-based billing decisions.
