Job summary

Fonio is seeking a Head of Growth to own the intersection of Marketing and Product-related initiatives that fuel our funnel, including website, onboarding and product marketing. You will lead the global Marketing team and manage a seven-figure budget behind >90% of our revenue.

You will own marketing end-to-end, drive demand gen, funnel optimization, and KPI reporting to the CEO. This is a high-growth role with ownership and a clear impact on Europe''s fastest-scaling startup narrative.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead Marketing and Growth teams at scale.
• Experience scaling a company globally in growth roles.
• In-house experience at high-growth B2B or PLG SaaS preferred.
• Comfortable managing a seven-figure budget and a global team.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing, product-marketing and funnel optimization end-to-end.
• Manage full P&L for a seven-figure monthly budget.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of leaders and experts.
• Define growth strategy and KPIs; report to the CEO.
