Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Vienna seeks a Plant Engineering Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for the local Plant Engineering organization. You will guide a team, drive technology roadmaps, and oversee projects from feasibility through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability targets.

You will manage CAPEX investments, leverage process modeling, and collaborate with global engineering teams to improve efficiency, reliability, and CO2 reduction commitments.

Qualificações

• University degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Electrical, Plant Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant professional experience in plant engineering, process engineering, or technical operations within a complex industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally in pharma or life sciences.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving technical direction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of engineering professionals, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement local Plant Engineering strategies and roadmaps aligned with site priorities.
• Oversee projects from feasibility to handover, ensuring budgets, timelines and safety standards are met.
• Drive new technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Develop CAPEX investment cases with TCO and process modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ATEX, and environmental standards while supporting sustainability targets.
